Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                
House consider the Senate message (page 2223) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 267(FIN)                                                                                             
     "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                                                
     expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                                             
     program; and providing for an effective date."

     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 267(FIN)                                                                               
     (same title)                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Representative Pruitt moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                                 
amendment to CSHB 267(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 267(FIN),                                                                    
and recommended that the members vote no.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                                                      
amendment to CSHB 267(FIN)?"  The roll was taken with the
